I am typing this review as I'm eating my second piece of this delicious bread hot out of the oven. I had an abundance of zucchini from my garden, so I used 4 cups of zucchini instead of just 2. I also chopped the zucchini instead of a shredding it and kept the skin on. The bread is super moist. I added chocolate chips to the top of the bread before baking.
