When she isn’t dropping new music or product lines, she’s staying busy as a mom. She and rapper A$AP Rocky have two sons, RZA and Riot, and she’s currently pregnant with her third child. It’s a lot of work to be Rihanna, and she really uses breakfast as a way to fuel up for the day.

I am so impressed by people who can stick to a consistent routine. I mean, it would be a lot easier if someone else was preparing my meals! But my breakfasts tend to be a random assortment of leftovers and other items that I grab when I suddenly become ravenous post-coffee.
That is definitely not the case for Rihanna, who is a queen of ritual and routine. Rihanna’s personal chef, Debbie Solomon, recently spoke about RiRi’s eating habits on an episode of The Doctors. “Rihanna has four boiled eggs, one slice of toast with the crust cut off, and a fruit bowl filled with berries, mango, pineapples, and papaya,” says Solomon.
This is an iconic way to start the day. I love that Rihanna doesn’t eat the crust on her toast—it’s a level of elegance and refinement that I would associate with the woman pairs her McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets with caviar.
