Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 6 to 8 flour tortillas (6 inches)
Directions
- Combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and green onions in a bowl until fully mixed.
- Scoop out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mix and spread evenly in the tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla into a taquito, using water at the edge of the tortilla to seal. Repeat.
- Place six taquitos onto an air fryer tray and spray with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Remove; let the taquitos cool for 3-5 minutes before eating. Drizzle with additional Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing if you like.
