Total Time Prep: 5 min. + chilling Cook: 10 min.
Yield 4 servings
Air-fryer hamburgers have all the flavor of grilled or pan-fried burgers, but they're ready in a fraction of the time, and with less cleanup for later.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/3 pounds ground beef
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
  • Optional toppings: Lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, sliced onion, pickles, sliced cheese, ketchup and mustard

Directions

  1. Gently shape ground beef into four 1-in.-thick patties. Press divot in center of each patty. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 350°. Sprinkle patties with salt and pepper. Arrange burgers in a single layer in air fryer. Cook until a thermometer reads 160°, 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve on toasted buns with toppings as desired.
