Crispy and lightly seasoned, air-fryer shrimp is an easy seafood recipe you can serve as an appetizer with cocktail sauce or over a plate of fluffy rice and sauteed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pound uncooked shrimp (26-30 per pound), peeled and deveined
  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges, optional

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. In a large bowl, whisk the first 6 ingredients. Add shrimp; toss to coat.
  2. In batches, arrange shrimp in a single layer on a greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until lightly browned and shrimp turn pink, 6-8 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. If desired, serve with lemon wedges.
