Pea Salad with Bacon

This creamy pea salad with bacon combines crisp green peas, crunchy bacon, cheese and tangy ranch dressing for a flavorful side dish that's ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen peas (about 16 ounces), thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Combine the first 6 ingredients; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes. Stir in bacon before serving.
