Espresso Martini with Baileys

Do you like a little cream with your coffee? Add vodka, and the espresso martini with Baileys will soon become your signature cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce brewed espresso
  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • Coffee beans, optional

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add vodka, Baileys and espresso. Cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker, 10-15 seconds. Strain into glass. If desired, garnish with coffee beans.
