Baked Tilapia

Your weeknight fish dinner doesn't get much easier or tastier than with this 20-minute baked tilapia recipe.

Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Place tilapia in an ungreased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine butter, lemon juice, garlic powder and salt; pour over fillets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano and paprika.
  2. Bake, uncovered, at 425° until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 10-15 minutes.
