- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk milk, egg and melted butter. In another bowl, mix flours, salt and baking powder; add to egg mixture and mix well.
- Place a greased large nonstick skillet over medium heat. In batches, pour batter by tablespoonfuls onto skillet; cook until bubbles on top begin to pop and bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes. Turn; cook until second side is golden brown, 1-2 minutes longer. Wipe skillet clean. Repeat with remaining batter.
