Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cups crushed seasoned stuffing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain and place in a bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Shape into 1-in. balls.
- Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes. Or place in a single layer in a freezer container and freeze for up to 1 month.
