Ingredients
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced
Directions
- Preheat broiler. Mix first 7 ingredients.
- Place tilapia on a 15x10x1-in. pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onion mixture down center of fillets; top with cheese and olives.
- Broil 3-4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-9 minutes.
