Cherry Delight

The beauty of this cherry delight is in the layers: crunchy graham crackers, smooth cream cheese and scarlet cherry pie filling. Its appeal is undeniable, and it's incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • FILLING:
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed (3 cups)
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar and butter. Press onto the bottom of a greased 8-in. square pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth; fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust. Spoon pie filling over top. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
