Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Everyone looks forward to these amazing chicken bacon ranch sliders that combine smoky, savory and sweet flavors for an awesome appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 ounces) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 9 slices Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut horizontally in half; arrange roll bottoms in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon and ranch. Spoon over roll bottoms. Top with cheese slices, overlapping as needed. Replace top halves of rolls.
  3. In a small bowl, combine butter, chives and garlic powder; brush over rolls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted, 25-27 minutes. Remove foil; bake until tops are golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
