Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh gingerroot
  • 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, finely chopped
  • ASIAN SLAW:
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • Cooking spray
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. In a large shallow bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until blended. Add chicken; toss to coat. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.
  2. In batches, press wonton wrappers over edges of a 13x9-in. baking pan; spritz with cooking spray. Bake until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and stir chicken mixture over medium-high heat until chicken is no longer pink, 4-6 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  4. Fill wonton shells with chicken mixture. Top with coleslaw, chili sauce and cilantro.
