Ingredients

  • 3 English cucumber slices
  • 2-1/2 ounces vodka or gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup

Directions

  1. Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Add ice to fill shaker three-fourths full. Add vodka, vermouth and syrup; cover and shake until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into martini glass. If desired, garnish with additional cucumber.
