- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 pitted medjool dates
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
- 4 ice cubes
Directions
- In a blender, combine the first 3 ingredients; cover and process until blended. Add banana and ice cubes; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.
