For a quick and easy dish, sauteed spinach mushrooms are a great choice. They’re filled with garlicky flavors and will complement any meal.
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package (5 to 6 ounces) fresh baby spinach
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms; saute until tender, about 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add spinach in batches; cook and stir until wilted, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
