Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°. In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spoon batter into 6 muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 12-14 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
