Make creamy, from-scratch oat milk in minutes using four simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Add oats, water, syrup and salt to a blender. Cover and blend for 1 minute (do not overblend). Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth-lined strainer. Discard solids. Cover and refrigerate oat milk for at least 30 minutes before servings. Stir before serving.
