Barbecue Pork Chops in the Oven

Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup hot water

Directions

  1. Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.
