Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight oatmeal starts your morning off on the right foot, even if both feet are running out the door as soon as you wake up. Just mix the ingredients together the night before (no cooking necessary!) and grab it on your way out to enjoy a wholesome breakfast on your schedule.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons fat-free milk
  • 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3 tablespoons reduced-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup assorted fresh fruit
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted

Directions

  1. In a small container or Mason jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt and honey. Top with fruit and nuts. Seal; refrigerate overnight.
