Parmesan Potato Wedges

Here's a simple way to serve potatoes that has big flavor: cut into wedges, coat generously in garlic, paprika and Parmesan cheese, and bake until tender inside and crisp outside.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 medium baking potatoes (about 8 ounces each)
  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°. Mix the first 5 ingredients.
  2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 wedges; place in a parchment-lined 15x10x1-in. pan. Spritz with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheese mixture. Bake until tender, about 30 minutes.
