Strawberry mousse is a light and creamy dessert bursting with fresh berry flavor. It takes just three ingredients and 15 minutes to whip up this sweet treat that's sure to impress!
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Directions
- Place strawberries and sugar in a high-powered blender; puree until smooth.
- In a large bowl, beat cream at medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 4-5 minutes. Set aside 1/2 cup whipped cream. Gently fold strawberry puree into whipped cream until incorporated. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Refrigerate reserved whipped cream.
- Serve in dessert bowls topped with remaining 1/2 cup whipped cream and sliced strawberries.
