Stuffing Waffles

Turning leftover savory stuffing into crispy stuffing waffles makes the perfect vehicle for eggs, gravy, cranberry sauce or turkey. And if you're thinking, "How about all of the above?" No judgment.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked stuffing
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • Optional: chicken gravy and sliced green onions

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, eggs and broth. Working in batches, place 1-1/3 cup stuffing mixture into preheated, greased waffle iron. Cook according to manufacturer's directions. Repeat with remaining stuffing. If desired, serve with gravy and sliced green onions.
