Tomato-Bacon Dip with Focaccia

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 pound bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- Optional: Minced fresh parsley and additional crumbled cooked bacon
- Focaccia bread, sliced and lightly toasted
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream. Stir in bacon, tomato and onion. Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour.
- If desired, sprinkle with parsley and additional bacon; serve with focaccia.
