Beat the heat with sweet-tart homemade watermelon popsicles. They're low in sugar, loaded with fruit and 100% delightful.
Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed watermelon
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 12 freezer pop molds or paper cups (3 ounces each) and wooden pop sticks
Directions
- Place watermelon, sugar and lime juice in a high powered blender; puree until smooth. Spoon into molds or paper cups. Top molds with holders. If using cups, top with foil and insert pop sticks through foil. Freeze until firm. To serve, let pops stand at room temperature 5 minutes before unmolding.
