White Balsamic Vinaigrette

This white balsamic vinaigrette is creamy, flavorful and best of all, easy to make. Serve it drizzled over a bed of fresh greens, or use it as an overnight marinade for chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients until blended.
