Click it and get a small electrical arc that's much hotter than an open flame. You'll also hear a small zapping noise and see a bright line of light. Touch that line to the candle wick and your candle will light immediately. Magic!\r\n\r\nSince you're not dealing with an open flame, you can use an electric candle lighter in outdoor or windy situations.
