More than 4,000 bags of the brand's Traverse City Cherry Decaf Coffee were labeled as decaf when they actually contain <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tasteofhome.com\/collection\/caffeinated-drinks\/\">caffeine<\/a>. Here's everything we know so far.\r\n<h2>What caused the recall?<\/h2>\r\nAccording to <a href=\"https:\/\/ourfamilyfoods.com\/newsroom\/\">Our Family<\/a>, one lot code of the Our Family Traverse City Cherry Decaf Coffee is being recalled. The bags contain caffeinated coffee but were mislabeled as decaf. Per the FDA, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accessdata.fda.gov\/scripts\/ires\/?Product=213106\">this recall<\/a> affects 692 cases containing six bags each, for a total of 4,152 bags of ground coffee.\r\n\r\nThis recall was initiated on March 13, and identified as a Class II recall on March 25. According to the FDA, this means that \u201cuse of, or exposure to, a violative product may cause temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences or where the probability of serious adverse health consequences is remote.\u201d\r\n<h2>What stores sold the coffee?<\/h2>\r\nThe recalled coffee was shipped to distribution centers and stores in 15 states: Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
