One cup of cilantro with less than a cup of liquids? The cilantro absorbs all the liquids and you have a cilantro paste with red onions. I bought a bag of key limes and used all but 6 for the juice. The other 6 were halved and put in with rest of marinade as instructed. There was about 1\/2 cup key lime juice and I used it all, 1\/2 cup white wine vinegar, and 1\/3 cup olive oil. I used about a 1\/2 Tbsp or more of cilantro. I used 1 small red onion.
