This is a refreshing salad that has lots going on. The saltiness of the prosciutto goes well with the sweet blueberries and peaches. We substituted mixed greens for the arugula and it still worked out well. White balsamic vinegar has a special flavor - try to get some for this recipe if you don't have any. Great salad for a summer day!<\/p>
