Another old-school round steak recipe that your whole family will love is this steak roll-ups recipe.<\/p>\n This hearty dish features round steak stuffed with a filling made from a savory combination of aromatic vegetables and seasonings that is cooked until tender in a savory mushroom sauce. The clincher is how elegant it looks and how little effort it takes (thanks to handy pantry staples like condensed mushroom soup<\/a>). Serve stuffed steak rolls with fluffy mashed potatoes, wild rice or your favorite starch, plus something green for balance.<\/p>\n Use a meat mallet to flatten the steak to 1\/3-inch thickness.<\/p>\n Slice into six strips.<\/p>\n In a small bowl, combine the chopped onion, melted butter, bread cubes, chopped celery and seasonings.
