Would add sliced mushrooms and quartered grape tomatoes next time. Make sure to diced the meat and potatoes in small cubes. I made it as above and it was good, but I agree with Ifalana that some cheese would make it even better! If you have enough energy at the end of the day, I recommend cubing the meat and cooking the bacon the night before so you don't keep empty tummies waiting in the morning.
