Don\u2019t use Breakstone sour cream it\u2019s delicious but too thick for the batter. I put the Michigan blueberries on top with pecans and slightly pressed them in. This was surprisingly good. I wasn\u2019t sure what to expect but it reminds me of blueberry pancakes with sausage all rolled into one. Just need a side of scrambled eggs to go with it.
