How I wish my mother had known about this stuff! The internet is a wonderful thing.\n\nI believe she would have liked these.\n\nSince my husband became ill, it's been difficult to find things he can or will eat, and this is one one of them! Of course, he's been a picky eater our entire marriage so it's always been a challenge, and a pain in the neck. This recipe helps.\n\nI use V-8 juice, and broth instead of water.
