This soup is great! As I am not the biggest cooked carrot fan, it really surprised me how much I loved it. I made a few changes due to what I had but tried to keep to the recipe. I didn't have celery so substituted some ground celery seed, and only had 1 potato and 1 small sweet potato so used those. I did add some garlic and garam masala as a personal preference.
