I used baking mats so mine didn\u2019t spread as much, made 24. These are not really worth making. I mixed up a double batch as I was planning to bring them to work since we have many staff who are gluten-free. The first tray had burned bottoms. Cookies are normally baked within 10-12 minutes, so 15 was just too long. I l added some chocolate chips to the batter for the second tray and lessened the time. They were still overdone. I lessened the time again to 11 minutes for the third and fourth trays and, while they were the consistency and doneness of what you would expect from a cookie without flour or any sort of baking additive, they were quite bland (even with chocolate chips) and just didn't have the quality, taste, or softness you'd get from a normal peanut butter cookie. 52 cookies that I can't give away nor do I want to eat myself. I wouldn't normally comment if something didn't work out as I know sometimes the cook\/baker can mess up, but, I tried different ways and baking times with four trays, and it still didn't turn out or taste good. I make and sell cookies, cakes, and breads so know I couldn't have messed up a batter and FOUR trays of cookies that badly!
