I made this pretty much as written, but used a single 9x5\" light colored aluminum loaf pan. It took 65 minutes to bake, and the entire loaf was very dark. A bit on the crusty side when cooled, but edible. Will try it again in a few weeks and tent it with foil at 50 minutes to stop the top from browning. Take it out at 60 minutes and let it sit in pan to finish baking.
