I made this for Thanksgiving and again for Christmas. It's so quick and easy to make. I love that you can make it days ahead and freeze it. I was unclear whether to serve from freezer or refrigerator so I did one of each. From freezer gives an ice cream consistency (it doesn't freeze solid, so you can serve straight from freezer), and from fridge gives more of a pudding consistency.
