This was delicious!!! Both my husband and I enjoyed it. Did everything the recipe called for except used ruby frost apples cause that's what I had. Wished I had the beer so had to use the chicken broth. Next time I'll make sure to try with the beer!! Also I don't drain and rinse my sauerkraut.
