This recipe was good on its own but I made it again with the following changes and it was much better:

I made this recipe four times in the same day. After reading the reviews, I decided I wasn’t going to use water as the liquid. As many reviews stated, there isn’t enough peach flavor so using water just dilutes the flavor more. I used peach liquid but still never did get enough peach flavor. The bread overall was pretty bland so I ended up mixing in a few fresh cherries I had on hand. The cherries really brought this bread to life! I made mini loaves using regular flour and made muffins and mini loaves with gluten free flour. When using the gluten-free flour I noticed that the batter was thin and watery so I added one additional cup of GF flour and even though it helped, the bread was still too wet after baking so I added about 10 additional minutes baking time. The loaves using regular flour rose nice had a great texture. My family liked the bread and it none of it went to waste but everyone said there was no noticeable peach flavor. I had a bunch of peaches I needed to use up but I don’t think I’ll make this again.

@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Rating
{"@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Review
2023-08-14
@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Person
Sharon4251

Moist but not much of a peach flavor. I will try adding peach preserves next time. I gave it a four due to a lack of peach flavor but still a good bread.
