I truly enjoy these crispy sugar cookies. The only ingredient change I make is adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, rather than the stated 1\/2 teaspoon. I prefer to gently roll them into 1\" balls, then lightly in sugar and criss-cross using a sugared fork.<\/p>
