Made it exactly per directions and it was too soft to hold its shape, even after being in the fridge for 24 hours. The pineapple was squeezed so dry it crumbled...which left very little pineapple flavor. I used Hormel dried beef which is drier (and saltier) than Buddig. After a day I remixed with some flour and a greater portion of cheddar which \u2014 after chilling \u2014 made it firmer but still softer than expected. Perhaps some canned pumpkin is wetter than others.
