Delish. I make Polish or brats in the instant pot because their texture is so creamy that way. While they were cooking I prepped the apples & krout. I added an extra apple or two, and omitted the juice and 1\/3 of the sugar. Instead I used the broth from the instant pot on the apples, and added the krout halfway to tender. I used white pepper instead of black. Topped with the sausages it\u2019s heaven.<\/p>

My husband IS a sauerkraut person and felt the apples overwhelmed the krout, which he can eat right out of the jar and be happy lol.
