These muffins turned out amazing. We avoid eggs due to an allergy. Our allergy kiddo loved them along with the family. They where not super sweet so you can eat multiple and not feel guilty. It was good, my 9 yr old daughter made these and she said \u201cthey are a little dry but they are good. We adjusted the temp to 375 and they did not burn.
