Recipe is a bit flavourless. Some ways to make it taste nicer -- fry the chicken and chop the potatoes into thin squares, add in onions and garlic later and cook on a lower heat to preserve the flavour. Add 500ml of chicken or vegetable stock, and cook the chicken and potatoes to keep them soft and sweat off the water until about half is left, then add in the eggs and cook them for about 7-8 minutes. This keeps the eggs nice and runny rather than dry which 8 minutes without water would definitely do.

For these reasons, I'll give the recipe a 2 star because as is, the recipe is just not good enough.

@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Rating
{"@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Review
2016-06-29
@context":"http://schema.org/","@type":"Person
GoldToast
Great recipe that was easy to make! While classic recipes use corned or roast beef, this version calls not just for chicken but bacon, too, which gives the whole dish a smoky flavor. Add potatoes, aromatics, peas and corn, then top with soft-set eggs, and you have yourself a fast and hearty breakfast or dinner recipe. Make sure to do a nice, small dice on the potatoes so they'll be golden and crispy in a flash.
This recipe is one of my daughter's favorites.
