Made this for Easter dinner with family, it was delicious! Followed the recipe exactly, except I left it in a bit longer for each layer because though it looked dull, it was still way too jiggly to take out and add the next layer. Still, even after following the cooling\/refrigeration\/overnight instructions, it was a little too loose in the middle. It kept its shape, but the definition between layers was very blurred as the cut was too soft in the very middle. Next time, I will leave it in even longer and rely solely on the NOT too jiggly criteria. Also, the crust was tasty too, but rock hard, difficult to cut and remove with the piece. Next time I will bake a graham cracker crust under it instead.
