Made this for my Souper Sunday dinner. We were a mix of vegans and omnis, everyone loved it. Quite tasty! I messed with the recipe a bit and used three different kinds of squash and used pumpkin pie filling rather than just the pumpkin. Also used a cinnamon infused coconut milk because I like that flavor. <\/p>

I sauteed the onion and ginger in my crock pot and then added all the other stuff later. This made it easier to relax and enjoy the day. <\/p>

The results were superb. The flavors are rich, enhanced by the spices and the toasted naan bread on top makes it even more special and tasty.
