Let me just say, I couldn't make this recipe exactly as was directed but I did use some alternatives that more than just impressed me. I didn't have mushrooms at the time but I DID have golden mushroom soup in a can. I thought, \"Hey, this might be a good substitute.\" It absolutely was, and more. I also added garam masala as I thought it needed more \"oomph\" at that point, which took it to another level in flavor. It was perfect as is, but I decided to do something even more.
