These were a fabulous appetizer! I made them for the snacks that are served at intermission during a ukulele show I perform in. I had never eaten anchovy\u2019s before and it was my first time cooking with them as well.. They are quite salty, yet with all the other ingredients it was like antipasto heaven! I left with an empty tray! I had left over filling and added it to a salad. That was very good also.
